Our Story

KAV London Ltd was set up in 2011 by Malcolm and William Stewart.  Malcolm Stewart set up Kensington Home Technology in 2005 with two business partners and in 2011 decided to part company with them.  Malcolm, William and ten of the team then left to set up KAV London.  Kensington Home Technology moved from the Gasworks to the Loewe gallery in Kensington to concentrate on Loewe sales whilst KAV London was established to cater for luxury residential projects.

KAV London is in no way associated with Kensington Home Technology although Malcolm Stewart still owns 33% of it.

KAV London has grown since its establishment, in November 2013 we have opened an office in Lagos, Nigeria.  Since we have been consulting on numerous ultra luxurious projects there and now expanding to the middle east and in process of opening an office in Doha, Qatar.

Our consulting branch of the business has been expanding rapidly and at present we are consulting on projects Worldwide.
