I studied Estate Management (the vocational degree for Chartered Surveying) at Southbank University and graduated with honours in 1994. This gave me a good technical knowledge of all aspect of property.
Immediately after University, I joined the British Army and spent a year at Sandhurst followed by 3 years in the Queen’s Dragoon Guards. Although this was a deviation from learning about property, I learnt a lot about myself and leadership. After leaving the Army, I moved into Central London residential property construction in the late nineties and completed my practical knowledge of high end residential property.
In 2005 I set up Kensington Home Technology with two business partners. The company gained a great reputation almost immediately and in 2011 I set up KAV in anticipation of leaving KHT.
Having spent over 20 years in residential property I have an excellent understanding, and can bring a huge amount of practical and technical experience to any high/top end residential project. My pledge to any customer is that my team and I will never over specify a system, we will always act with complete integrity and discretion and will always treat all clients and projects with complete dedication and professionalism.
