London Penthouse

PROJECT OVERVIEW

KAV designed and specified the home automation system for this luxury London penthouse. The property is integrated with a Control4 control system, featuring wall-mounted touchscreens and smart device access for distributed television and audio solutions.

We installed two 75″ Sony 4K televisions and a 55″ OLED television in the master bedroom on a ceiling drop-down lift. Control4 integrates with a Rako control system for advanced lighting and automatic blind control.

We also installed integrated wall and ceiling Bowers & Wilkins loudspeakers throughout the penthouse with audio distribution from multiple sources.
