We’re proud to announce our Queens Court Penthouses project has been shortlisted in the Support Services category at the Society of British and International Design Awards (SBID).
The SBID International Design Awards is one of the most prestigious and renowned events in the design industry. The awards recognise, reward and celebrate design excellence. We are proud to have our Queens Court Penthouses project included in the shortlist for the Support Services category.
Our Queens Court Penthouses project is a luxury residential development which required the seamless integration of first class AV and home automation systems. The development comprises of two penthouses, located on the 6th and 7th floor of an existing building with incredible city views.
The stunning surroundings are complemented by a sleek and modern use of technology. Our state of the art system accounts for every meticulous technical and aesthetic detail, including the integration of audio visual appliances, lights, blinds, curtains and HVAC. The design and positioning of the equipment is considerate of how we manoeuvre and dwell in our personal space.
The awards are judged by international industry experts with regard to their technical content and aesthetic creativity. The 2014 awards judges will include Ben McOwen Wilson, Director of YouTube EMEA; Kevin Mau, Senior Creative Director at The Boeing Company; Christopher Jenner, Creative Director of Eurostar, David Lewis, Managing Director of Sunseeker London and Jane Preston, Facilities Manager UK, Real Estate & Workplace Services, Google.
